Abstract | Virtual space in the current era is developing as an emerging medium to communicate and interact easily. In professional space, virtual teams potentially have benefits to attain easy access to the workplace, but active listening and communication gaps become a pain point. The study explores the way active listening techniques impact communication efficiency and the role virtual team collaboration has in this area. Based on primary data, statistical evidence shows the public opinion of two virtual teams surveyed. |
